摘要
采用钴-60γ射线分别对MoS2基黏结润滑干膜与PTFE基黏结润滑干膜进行不同剂量的辐照作用,最高辐照剂量达5.0×107 rad(Si)。对辐照前后的2种润滑干膜进行红外分析,采用真空球盘摩擦磨损试验机考察辐照因素对润滑膜的真空摩擦学性能的影响,并观测辐照前后润滑膜的表面及磨痕,测试润滑膜的力学性能。结果表明,γ射线导致2种润滑干膜内物质的官能团都发生了变化,膜表面变粗糙。但是润滑干膜摩擦因数略显减小,随辐照剂量的增高,耐磨寿命及力学性能并未受到显著影响。
Co^60 gamma radial simulating ionizing radiation in geostationary orbit effects on bonded MoS2 dry film lubricants and PTFE dry film lubricants were studied. The does of gamma radiation was up to 5.0 × 10^7 rad(Si). The changes in surface chemical structure of films in gamma radiations were studied by FTIR. The effects of irradiation on the friction and wear behaviors of the dry film lubricants were investigated by vacuum ball-on-disk tribometer. Results indicate that gamma irradiation can destroy the molecular chain of the adherence. The friction coefficient of the two kinds of bonded dry film lubricants both reduces, wear life and mechanical properties have no obvious change. Microscope observation reveals the coating surface getting coarse after irradiation.
