摘要
开发一种在线油液污染检测系统,该系统以滤膜作为传感元件,通过专门设计的配重系统实现恒压测试,可实现在线自动清洗、自动取样、自动检测,避免了二次污染和人工干涉对检测结果的影响,为故障诊断提供了可靠的数据。
An on-line oil contamination monitoring system was developed. The system uses filter membrane as a sensing element,it can realize on-line automatic cleaning, automatic sampling, automatic detection through specially designed weight system to achieve constant pressure test, avoid secondary pollution and human intervention on the impact of test resuits, and provide a reliable data for fault diagnosis.
