外部经济失衡的演变及对当代国际经济失衡调节模式的评述 被引量：1

摘要 以外部经济失衡及其调节的理论和历史演变作为切入点,可以更多地观察到经济全球化的矛盾和冲突。这些矛盾与冲突意味着全球经济结构的改变,表明旧的国际经济失衡调节模式终结和新调节模式的产生。以外部经济失衡的调节为导向,当代全球化是"贸易调节的全球化"和"金融调节的全球化"的综合体,而欧洲的主权债务危机与暂时平息的美国"次贷危机"一样是金融调节失效的必然显现,意味着全球外部经济失衡的调节必然回到经常项目调节的基础性层面。
