安多霖对微波辐射致大鼠免疫损伤保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察安多霖对微波辐射所致大鼠免疫损伤的保护作用。方法 W istar雄性大鼠140只,随机分为空白对照组、辐射组及0.75、1.5、3 g/kg安多霖组。辐射组及安多霖组动物连续灌胃给药14 d后经30 mW/cm2微波辐射15 m in,于辐射(停药)后7 d及14 d抽取外周血,应用血细胞分析仪、流式细胞仪、放免等方法分别检测外周血白细胞分类及计数、CD4+/CD8+淋巴细胞比值、细胞白介素(IL-2、IL-4)含量。结果微波辐射后7d,辐射组CD4+/CD8+比值为(1.74±0.17),低于空白对照组(2.13±0.10)(P<0.01),0.75、3 g/kg安多霖组CD4+/CD8+比值分别为(2.15±0.16)与(2.09±0.31),高于辐射组(P<0.05);辐射后14 d,辐射组外周血白细胞为(5.82±0.72)×109/L,低于空白对照组(7.17±1.09)×109/L(P<0.05),1.5、3 g/kg安多霖组外周血白细胞分别为(9.09±1.84)、(8.61±1.86)×109个/L,高于辐射组(P<0.05),辐射组CD4+/CD8+比值为1.70±0.15,低于空白对照组(2.06±0.31)(P<0.05),1.5、3 g/kg安多霖组CD4+/CD8+比值分别为(2.05±0.34)、(2.36±0.21),明显高于辐射组(P<0.05);辐射后7 d及14 d,血清IL-2与IL-4浓度各组间比较,无明显差异。结论给予3 g/kg安多霖14 d对30 mW/cm2微波辐射引起的大鼠免疫损伤有明显改善作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of aduola fuzhenglin(ADL) on immune injury induced by microwave exposure in rats.Methods Totally 140 male Wistar rats were randomized into control,radiation,and ADL group and treated with 0.75,1.5,and 3g/kg ADL,respectively,for 14 days before they were exposed to 30mW/cm2 microwave radiation for 15 minutes.The counts of leucocytes and lymphocytes,ratio of CD4+/CD8+,levels of interleukin-2(IL-2) and interleulkin-4(IL-4) in peripheral blood were detected with cell count,flow cytometry,and radioimmunoassay at 7th day and 14th day after the microwave exposure.Results Seven days after the exposure,the ratio of CD4+/+CD8+ decreased from 2.13±0.10 in control group to 1.74±0.17 in radiation group(P0.01) and was significantly lower than that of in 0.75 g/kg group(2.15±0.16) and that of in 3g/kg group(2.09±0.31)(P0.05).Fourteen days after the exposure,the counts of leucocytes in radiation group decreased from 7.17±1.09×109/L in control group to 5.82±0.72×109/L in radiation group(P0.05) andwere lower than that of in 1.5g/kg group(9.09±1.84×109/L) and that of in 3 g/kg group(8.61±1.86×109/L)(P0.05).The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in radiation group was 1.70±0.15 and was lower than that of in control group(2.06±0.31,P0.05) and that of in 1.5g/kg group(2.05±0.34) in 3g/kg ADL group(2.36±0.21;P0.05).The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 were not significantly different among the 5 groups after the exposure.Conclusion Treatment with 3g/kg ADL for 14 days is approved to protect against immune injury caused by microwave exposure in rats.
