This paper compares topographic map manufacturing procedure with aerial photography to LiDAR technology,and analyzes differences in data collection with two methods.Combining with actual cases,it describes the topographic map manufacturing method with airborne laser scanning technology,and points out its defects and merits,with a view to guide practice.
