Combining with the work experience,the paper introduces the working methods and measures for the supervision engineers in the construction process,including the quality control measures,the controlling measures in beforehand,the process and the afterward processes,and the control over the raw materials and the construction parties,and points out the quality of the supervision personnel should be improves,so as to direct the practice.
