摘要
以合同管理对造价控制的作用为切入点,探讨了两者之间的作用关系,构建了两者的作用概念模型,认为合同管理对造价控制的作用渠道包括合同管理前期、中期、后期、后评估期,并加以阐述,以期进一步探索有效的方式方法加强合同管理,从而提高造价控制的有效性。
From the role of the contract management on the cost control,the paper explores the function relation between the two aspects,constructs their function concept models,considers the roles of the contract management in the cost control,including the evaluation in the earlier evaluation period,in the middle period,in the later period and post-evaluation period,so as to explore the effective methods to improve the contract management and to enhance the effectiveness of the cost control.
