我国新能源技术知识产权战略的构建被引量：3

Study on Clean-Energy Technology IPR Strategy in China

摘要鉴于新能源技术对于减缓全球气候变暖的重要意义,发达国家在投放巨额公共支出、积极申请技术专利的同时,采取了一系列配套措施以推进新能源技术的研发与推广,其结果是这些国家在全球范围内占据了新能源技术的领先与垄断地位。目前我国新能源技术产业中存在的缺乏自主知识产权、支出不足以及知识产权制度环境缺陷等问题。在借鉴新能源技术强国成功经验基础上,提出了利用知识产权国际规则、构建国内良好制度环境、加强自主知识产权研发、注重新能源技术知识产权保护等方面的建议。 Considering the importance of the clean-energy technology to postponing climate change, developed na- tions took measures to improve clean-energy technology＇s development and transfer, as well as huge budget and pat- ent application, which resulted in their leading and monophonic role in worldwide sphere. The author analyzed the questions existed in China such as insufficiency of investment and independent IPR and defects in IPR institution, and provided some suggestions for constructing clean-energy technology IPR strategy, after analyzing the successful experiences developed countries
