摘要
pH9.8—11.2条件下,β-环糊精(β-CD)对Pb^(2+)-TPPS_4-Phen显色反应有一定的增敏作用,显色体系的表观摩尔吸光系数为2.81×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),铅量在0—30μg/50ml范围内符合比尔定律。拟订了分光光度测定岩矿中痕量铅的新方法。
The reaction of Pb^(2+)-TPPS_4-Phen in the presence of β-cyclodextrin at pH 9.8-11.2 has been investigated in detail. The wavelength of maximum absor-bance for the complex is 464nm. The molar absorptivity is 2.81 × 105l·mol^-11· cm-1. Beer's law is obyed up to 0.6μg/ml Pb2+ concentration. A new sensitive and selective method for determining lead in rocks and minerals is presented.
