摘要
从广东某化工厂的废水中分离筛选到一株可降解羟乙基纤维素(HEC)及其加成物的霉菌,在COD为40 000mg/L以上的废水中,COD的去除率达30%以上。对该霉菌的无机营养、pH值、底物浓度等降解条件也进行了分析。
A mould has been selected from the special chemical wastewater in a Guangdong plant. With the mould, HEC and its adducts is degraded. The removal rate of COD is over 37% in the wastewater with COD over 40 000 mg/L. The degradation conditions, such as inorganic nutrition, pH, substrate concentration etc. are also analysed in the paper.
