摘要
本文对无火焰原子荧光法测定痕量汞的实验条件及干扰元素进行了详细考察,采用对原子化器适当加温;确定了最佳入射功率,从而提高了方法的稳定性和灵敏度;加入K_2Cr_2O_7消除了Te、Se对汞测定的严重干扰;同时以K_2Cr_2O_7为保护剂,延长了标准溶液的保存时间。所拟定方法的检出限为1.5×10^(-10)g,对含Hg 10ppb的溶液测定22次,其RSD为2.05%。准确度和精密度满足地质工作要求,适宜于岩石矿物、水样、生物制品、药材、食品、饮料等多种试样中痕量汞的测定。
Optimum operating conditions are established for the determination of trace mercury by flameless AFS, the established intake power is 12-16W and the temperature of atomization 200-300℃. Interferences from tellurium and selenium over 2μg/ml could be removed by adding potassium dichromate. The detection limit is 1.5×10^(-10)g. The RSD(n=22)for 10ng/ml mercury is 2.05%. The recovery of Hg is between 96 and 104(%)as compared with the added amount. The method has been applied to the determination of trace mercury in a variety of samples with satisfactory results.
