摘要
羊绒剥色有利于实现疵品和回丝的再利用。文章主要采用还原剂剥色方法,以染料结构理论为基础,经过科学的实验设计与大量的实验研究,对羊绒纤维常用染料进行了剥色,确定了某些可以剥除的染料。还解决了部分蓝、绿等难剥色的问题。剥色结果既保证剥色后羊绒的白度值在60%以上的要求,又保证了剥色后羊绒的强力值控制在企业标准之内。同时对绒毛类成衣剥色再染色的市场前景的开发和自主研发剥色剂起到积极的促进作用。
Cashmere defects conducive to stripping back silk goods and reuse.The main subject of reductant stripping method used to dye structure theory,a scientific experimental design and the large number of experiments,cashmere fiber used for stripping dyes were determined to strip some kinds of the dyes.The project also addresses some of the blue,green and other difficult to stripping problems.After stripping,the result is to ensure the whiteness of cashmere in more than 60% requirements,and ensures the strength of cashmere after stripping the value of control within corporate standards.At the same time,the subject plays a positive role of hair dyed garments stripping to the market prospects and further development of self-stripping agent to.
