芳砜纶/羊毛半精纺阻燃织物性能探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了更好的对芳砜纶/羊毛混纺织物的工艺进行优化,文章对芳砜纶与羊毛混纺织物的物理性能、阻燃性能以及染色性能指标进行测试,给出了相关测试方法和使用的标准,并对测试结果进行分析。结果表明:织物的拉伸强力和撕破强力达到防护服的标准,满足开发防护服对强力的需求;面料的阻燃性能均符合防护服标准,并接近消防服的标准;面料的耐洗、耐汗渍、耐水和耐摩擦级别均达到4~5级,符合穿着要求;原料相同混纺比不同,所测得的拉伸与撕破强力也有明显差异,混纺比为芳砜纶/羊毛60/40的织物的拉伸强力和撕破强力比混纺比芳砜纶/羊毛70/30要大,织物的抗起球级别也较好。 In order to further optimize the process of polysulfonamide/wool blended fabric,the physical property index,flame-retardant index and dyeing property index were tested,and the relevant test methods and criteria were also introduced while the results were analyzed in this article.The results indicated that fabric tensile and tear strength have reached the standard of protective clothing,flame-retardant fabrics met the standard for protective clothing and were closed to the standards of fire-fighting.The levels on wash-resistant,perspiration-resistant,water-resistant and friction-resistant of fabric were up to 4~5,meeting the dress requirements.When the blended ratio was different,the measured tensile and tear strength were also significant.The fabric in blend ratio of polysufonamide/wool 60/40 tensile strength,tear strength and anti-pilling fabric level were better than the fabric in blend ratio of polysufonamide/wool 70/30.
