摘要
本文以二溴苯基荧光酮光度法测Cr,铍试剂Ⅲ光度法测Be以及二甲苯胺蓝Ⅱ光度法测Mg等体系为例,对分光光度分析中负峰出现和可测的条件为C_R·L<As._M/ε_R进行验证,并讨论了负峰测定中灵敏度最高的条件、线性的扩展。还提出利用负峰测定络合物组成比的新方法。
The appropriate condition (CR· L <A_(S·M/εR) for the appearance of a reagent negative peak was tested on the basis of several spectrophotometric systems, Cr(Ⅲ)-3,5-diBr-plienylfluorone, Be( Ⅱ )-beiyllon Ⅲ, and Mg(Ⅱ)-xyli-dyl blue Ⅱ. The conditions under the dual-wavelength spectrophotometry giving a high sensitivity and good linearity are discussed. The mole ratio of a complex is closely related with the corresponding negative peak. A simple and new method for its determination is presented.
