在文献调研与学科化服务实践的基础上,对我国图书馆界关于"学科馆员"与"学科化服务"的论述与实践活动进行分析,引述学科馆员制度的特征、进展及存在的问题,重点论述学科化服务的组织模式及其演进,概述"学科馆员"模式与"学科化服务"模式的继承与发展特征。

Based on literature research and subject services practice research,＂subject librarian＂ and ＂subject librarian service system＂ the discourse and practice are analyzed,reviewed the progress and subject librarian system problems,with emphasis on the subject service organizational model and its progress.
