摘要
针对图书馆赠与合同的背景、定义、特征、义务和权利结合读者服务活动进行探讨,并通过合同法的法学理论加以分析,认为图书馆赠与合同在读者服务活动和图书馆法制建设中是一种有用的角色。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the background,definition,characteristics,rights and obligations of library＇s gift contract,and analyze it through the theory of contract law.The result reveals that gift contract of library plays an important role in reader service and the legal construction of library.
