摘要
综述了水稻芽期、苗期、孕穗期耐冷性的鉴定方法,数量性状基因定位(quantitative traits loci,QTL)等方面的研究进展,并对今后耐冷基因定位的材料、鉴定方法和指标以及耐冷基因定位后的利用提出了展望。
The identification method for cold tolerance of rice at germination stage, seedling stage and booting stage and recently advances in quantitative traits locus （QTL） were reviewed. The materials, the identification methods and indicators for location of cold tolerance gene and the utilization of cold tolerance gene after gene location were prospected.
