Research on the Behavior of High-Strength Hollow Glass Particle Composite under Full Ocean Depth

摘要 提出一种全海深环境压力模拟试验方法,并研究了不同密度高强度空心玻璃微珠复合材料的性能,探讨全海深环境下静水压力对复合材料吸水性能及尺寸稳定性的影响.结果表明:静水水压对复合材料的吸水性影响显著,静水压力为121 MPa时的复合材料吸水率比111 MPa时增加约1倍;在相同静水压力条件下,复合材料密度较大时的吸水率较低;在不同静水压力条件下,复合材料的尺寸稳定性良好,在111和121 MPa的静水水压下,其最大线尺寸变形率仅为0.51%. A full ocean depth simulation test was presented to study the behavior of high-strength hollow glass particle composite under full ocean depth.The paper discussed the effects of value of water pressure on the material with different densities,hollow glass microsphere and hardener on water absorption and dimensional stability of the material.The results show that the water absorption rate is obviously influenced by the value of water pressure,the water absorption rate of the material under 121 MPa is almost doubled compared with 111 MPa,and under the same pressure,the material with higher density has lower water absorption rate.The dimensional stability of the material is very good,the maximal line shrink rate is only 0.51% under 111 and 121 MPa static water pressure.
