Problems and Solutions of the Work of Applying for State Science and Technology Award in Research Universities

分析了研究型大学在国家科技成果奖励申报过程中存在的认识上偏差、行为上失范等问题,并提出了几点建议.指出研究型大学应加强国家科技奖申报的规范性,大力倡导学术追求,加强过程管理,杜绝学术不端行为.

This paper analyzed the importance of applying for state science and technology award in research universities.As a result of current science and technology review mechanism,there exist errors in recognition and anomie in behavior in research universities＇ applying for state science and technology award.The paper suggests research universities should enhance the normalization of their applying activities.Therefore,it should pay more attention to pursuing academic achievement and strengthening process management,in order to stop all academic corruption.
