摘要
本文研究了塞曼石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量Te的各种条件;采用甲基异丁基酮于4.8mol/L HCI中萃取Te(Ⅳ)的氯化物;以Rh为基体改进剂石墨炉原子吸收法测定有机相中Te。Te的特征质量为7.6×10^(-11)g(0.0044 A),相对标准偏差为6.51%(2ng Te,n=10)。方法用于地质试样中痕量碲的测定,灵敏、快速、准确。
Te(Ⅳ) is extracted with methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) from 4.8 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution in the presence of ascorbic acid. Rh is used as matrix modifer. The characteristic mass(0.0044 A) for Te is 7.6 × 10^(-11)g. The relative standard deviation is 6.51% (2ng Te,n = 10). The method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace Te in geological samples.
