利用PTA下脚料制备锤纹漆用醇酸树脂

摘要 概述了锤纹漆的种类、形成机理,并利用PTA下脚料作为二元酸制备了一款锤纹漆用醇酸树脂,既可用来制备自干型锤纹漆,也可用来制备氨基烘烤和聚氨酯锤纹漆。讨论了PTA的纯度对涂膜外观的影响,同时探讨了PTA纯度、树脂分子量分布、树脂黏度对锤纹效果的影响。 This paper summarizes the types and the forming mechanism of hammer finish, and a type of alkyd resin is prepared using PTA leftovers as di-carboxylic acid. The resin can be used not only for the preparation of the self-drying hammer finish, but also for the preparation of polyurethane and amino baking hammer finish. It discusses the influence of the purity of PTA leftovers on the film appearance and the influence of the purity of PTA leftovers, the resin molecular weight distribution and the viscosity of the resin on the hammer effect.
