摘要 以改性纳米硅为核心,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸羟乙酯为主单体,聚氨酯预聚体为辅助单体,硅烷偶联剂为交联单体合成水性防锈乳液。以该乳液为树脂辅以自制的磷酸酯制作的涂料应用于水利工程的防锈,这种涂料使用方便,对涂装环境要求不苛刻,不怕涂装物表面有水和带锈,起效时间快甚至能在短暂的退水期间涂装。涂膜具有坚韧性、化学稳定性、耐水性和隔水性等优异的防腐蚀性能。是水利、海洋、港口、交通车辆和船舶等工程上使用的理想防锈涂料。 With modified nano silica as core, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, styrene and hydroxyethyl acrylate as main monomers, PU prepolymer as auxiliary monomer and silane coupling agent as crosslinking monomer, the water-borne antirust emulsion is synthesized. With the emulsion assisted by the self-made phosphate as the binder, the water-borne antirust coatings are made. The coatings are used in water conservancy engineering. It is convenient to use and of low requirement for application conditions. They can be used on the surfaces with water and rust, and quickly play their role. And even in the flow recession period, it can be done. Coating film is of tenacity, chemical stability, water resistance and water isolation and the coatings are ideal for anticorrosion and antirust, used in water conservancy engineering, marine engineering, port engineering, transportation vehicles and ship engineering.
