摘要
生产储油轮在海上因风浪冲击必然出现纵、横倾,这将加剧船用燃油锅炉汽包水位的虚假现象,给锅炉控制造成不利影响。剖析了船用锅炉汽包水位动态特性和识别方法,提出一种双冲量船用锅炉给水PID控制模式,以克服和解决假水位问题。给出了PID算法,采用PAC Rx7i设计了硬件冗余的分布式控制系统结构。应用表明,虚假水位得到了有效抑制,冗余PLC控制对于锅炉安全稳定运行意义重大。
Inevitable heel of the FPSO for sea waves will worsen the phenomenon of false boiler drum water level and complex the boiler control. The dynamic property of the boiler drum water level was analyzed to get reason for the false boiler drum water level. A two-variable PID control system was designed and realized with PAC Rx7 and VersaMax to solve the false water level problem. Application shows that boiler drum water level was got excellent control by twovariable PID control system with the redundant distributed hardware structure system composed of PAC Rx7.
