摘要
本文研究了铌对水杨基荧光酮(SAF)-OTMAB体系荧光的熄灭效应,建立了痕量铌的荧光测定新方法。经纸色层分离,用于矿样中痕量铌的测定,结果满意。
Traces of niobium cause a marked reduction in the fluorescence of salicyl-fluorone in the presence of CTMAB at pH 5.3 (HAc-NaAc) due to the formation of a ternary complex Nb-SAF-CTMAB. The exitation and emission wavelengths are 400nm and 510nm respectively. The concentration range of linear response is 0.2-l.0μg Nb2O5/25ml. This method has been applied to the determination of Nb in rocks with satisfactory results.
