摘要 本文研究了5-(6-溴-2-苯并在噻唑偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(Br-BTAQ)与Fe(Ⅲ)的显色反应。结果表明,在pH 3.6的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-HCl缓冲介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)与Br-BTAQ能形成蓝色配合物,其最大吸收位于635nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.26×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),铁量在0—20μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。采用NaF和H_2O_2掩蔽Al和Ti后,直接用于硅砂、粘土和硅砖中氧化铁的测定,取得了满意的结果。 The colour reaction of iron (Ⅲ) with 5-(6-bromo-2-beozothiazoylaza)-8-hy-droxyquinoline(Br-BTAQ) has been investigated.It is shown that in buffer medium of KHC8H4O4-HCl(pH 3.6), iron (Ⅲ) forms a blue complex with Br-BTAQ, the maximum absorption of the complex occurs at 635nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.26×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-20f1g/25ml. The method has been satisfactory applied to the direct determination of iron in silica sand, silica brick and clay samples with satisfactory results, after masking aluminium and titanium with NaF and H2O2.
