摘要
我国授权立法的产生有其存在的必要性,但实践中授权立法的实施存在多方面的缺陷。本文建议从多方位规制授权立法实践,以补救其立法制度上的欠缺。
Authorized legislation has many defects in practice,although it has certain historical inevitability.In this paper,to remedy the lack of legislative system,I suggest we regulate practice of authorized legislation from many aspects.
