As the year 2011 is the beginning of China's 12th Fiveyear Plan,the two sessions(That is,The National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference) this year seems to be attached with much more weighted expectations as compared with those in previous years.It shifts the focus from GDP growth and infrastructure construction to the livelihood issues.Let's see what some of the representatives say about this.The famous economist Li Yining proposes that increasing employment and residents' income are essential to improving the people's livelihood.The outspoken TV presenter Cui Yongyuan touches upon the issues of drug prices,individual income tax,and public housing,etc.The Lenovo President Yang Yuanqing holds that domestic consumption expansion should focus on the rural areas.Women representatives such as Chen Zufen,Wang Wenhua and Zhang Kangkang share their life experience in "She Economy",which is to enjoy happiness with rational consumption.So,how shall we shift from the GDP worship to the creating of happiness?
