远茯人参煎剂对小鼠学习记忆功能障碍的影响

Effects of YFRD on Learing and Memory Dysfunctions in Mice

目的:观察远茯人参煎剂(Yuan Fu Renshen Decoction,YFRD)对多种化学药物所致学习记忆障碍模型小鼠行为学的影响。方法:应用跳台法、避暗法观察YFRD对东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍、乙醇所致的记忆再现障碍、亚硝酸钠所致记忆巩固障碍模型小鼠的影响;应用Morris水迷宫观察YFRD对戊巴比妥钠所致的空间方向辨别障碍模型小鼠的影响。结果:YFRD可改善小鼠记忆获得障碍、记忆巩固障碍和记忆再现障碍;可改善戊巴比妥钠所致的空间方向辨别障碍。结论:YFRD具有改善小鼠学习记忆障碍作用。

Objective：To observe effects of Yuan Fu Renshen Decoction（YFRD） on learning and memory desfuctions induced by chemical drugs in mice.Methods：Step-down test and step-though test were applied to observe effects of YFRD on acquired learning and memory disorder,reappeared memory disorder and consolidated memory disorder,and Morris water maze was used to observe space orientation disorder in mice.Results：YFRD could improve acquired learning and memory disorder,consolidated memory disorder,reappeared memory disorder and space orientation disorder in mice.Conclusions：YFRD would improve the learning and memory disfunctions in mice.
