摘要
目的:建立工作场所空气中的乙二醇单甲醚的气相色谱测定方法。方法:以活性炭吸附管采集空气中的乙二醇单甲醚,二硫化碳为溶剂解吸,经HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱分流,FID检测,外标法定量。结果:乙二醇单甲醚回收率为96.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.15%,最低检测限为0.1 mg/m3,浓度在10μg/L~1000μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9997。结论:该方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中乙二醇单甲醚的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determinationin of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether in the air of workplace by gas chromatography.Methods: Air sample was collected with active carbon column and desorbed with carbon disulfide.The sample solution was separated with capillary column HP-INNOWAX,detected with FID detector and quantified by external standard method.Results: The recovery of the method was 96.6% with a relative standard deviation of 2.15%.Detection Limit was 0.1 mg/m3,and linear range was 10 μg/L~1000 μg/L with correlation coefficient 0.9997.Conclusion: The method is in line with requirements of "Standard detection method of poison in the air of workplace" and it is appropriate for determination of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether in the air of workplace.
