摘要
目的:建立水中卤代烃的测定方法。方法:优化色谱条件和顶空条件,采用自动顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定水中卤代烃。结果:7种组分在10 min内完成测定并具有较好的分离效果;线性良好,相关系数大于0.998。用建立的方法对人工合成水样,标准进行测定,变异系数0.38%~5.8%。最低检测质量浓度为0.05μg/L(四氯化碳、三氯乙烯),0.1μg/L(四氯乙烯)0,.5μg/L(三氯甲烷、二氯一溴甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷)1,μg/L(三溴甲烷)。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可用于水中卤代烃的测定。
Objective: To set up the analysis methods of chlorohydrocarbon in water.Methods: With optimization of chromatographic conditions and headspace conditions,the automatic headspace capillary gas chromatography was adopted to determine chlorohydrocarbon in water.Results: The seven kinds of components were completed determination in 10 minutes with good separation efficiency. There was good linearity with correlation coefficient of 0.998. The established method was used for the determination of synthetic water samples with the coefficient of variation in the range of 0.38%~5.8%. The lowest detection concentration were 0.05 μg/L(carbon tetrachloride,trichloroethylene),0.1 μg/L(perchloroethylene),0.5 μg/L(chloroform,bromodichloromethane,dibromochloromethane),1 μg/L(bromoform).Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and has good precision and accuracy,which can be used for the determination of chlorohydrocarbon in water.
