嘉兴市集中空调通风系统卫生监测结果分析 被引量:9

Analysis of the monitoring results for sanitary conditions of central air conditioning ventilation system in public places of Jiaxing

摘要 目的:分析嘉兴市集中空调通风系统卫生监测结果,以预防和控制可能出现的健康危害因素。方法:采集不同行业集中空调通风系统送风中空气(平皿)、风管内表面(涂抹样)及冷却水、冷凝水样,按公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范进行评价。结果:二年中嘉兴市集中空调通风系统送风中空气细菌总数、真菌总数的合格率均在70%以下,β-溶血性链球菌合格率100%,三者的差异有统计学意义(2009年χ2=20.20,P<0.001;2010年χ2=6.24,P<0.05)。不同行业集中空调送风中空气细菌总数(χ2=21.36,P<0.001)、真菌总数(χ2=38.49,P<0.001)合格率差异有统计学意义,冷却水、冷凝水中的嗜肺军团菌阳性率29.6%。结论:规范公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生学评价,建立专业的清洗消毒队伍,是确保其良好卫生质量的关键。 Objective: To analyze the monitoring results of sanitary conditions of central air conditioning ventilation system in public places of Jiaxing,so as to prevent and control harmful factors that may appear to affect health.Methods: Randomly collected the blowing air(petri dish),samples from the duct inner surface(smear),and samples of cooling water and condensed water of central air conditioning ventilation systems in different industries,and valuated them in compliance with Health Regulations for Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System in Public Places.Results: The pass rate of total bacteria and total epiphyte contained in the blowing air of central air conditioning ventilation system in Jiaxing were all below 70% during these two years,but the pass rate of β-hemolytic streptococcus was 100%,the differences among bacteria,epiphyte and β-hemolytic streptococcus have statistical significance(2009,χ2=20.20,P0.001;2010,χ2=6.24,P0.05).The difference of pass rate of total bacteria(χ2=21.36,P0.001) and total epiphyte(χ2=38.49,P0.001),which contained in the blowing air of central air conditioning ventilation system in different industries,has statistical significance.The positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water,condensed water was 29.6%.Conclusion: To standardize hygienic valuation for central air conditioning ventilation system in public places,and found a professional cleaning and disinfection team for central air conditioning ventilation system is the key for guaranteeing a good sanitary quality.
