摘要
目的:为了了解吉林省部分市售海鱼中甲基汞的污染情况,为吉林省食品安全提供科学依据。方法:从吉林省六个地区共采集海鱼样品30份。样品用25%氢氧化钾甲醇溶液提取,C-18柱分离,原子荧光光度计测定。结果:2010年吉林省内监测的部分海鱼的甲基汞含量均低于国家标准。结论:抽检海鱼中甲基汞浓度与鱼的种类有关,但均小于污染物限量值,可以放心食用。
Objective: To understand the contamination of methyl-mercury in sea Fish samples of Jilin Province and provide the basic data for food safety.Methods: 30 samples from six regions were collected randomly from markets. Samples were extracted with the 25% potassium hydroxide methyl alcohol solution and then separated on a C-18 column and detected by AFS.Results: The content of methyl-mercury in the fish from the places where samples were extracted is below the national standard.Conclusion: The concentration of methyl-mercury in fish that sold in Jilin has much relation with the species,but they were all under the pollutant limit values.The fishes in those places are safe to eat.
