2010年吉林省销售的部分海鱼中甲基汞的监测结果分析

Analysis of methyl-mercury level in some fishes that sold in Jilin province in 2010

目的:为了了解吉林省部分市售海鱼中甲基汞的污染情况,为吉林省食品安全提供科学依据。方法:从吉林省六个地区共采集海鱼样品30份。样品用25%氢氧化钾甲醇溶液提取,C-18柱分离,原子荧光光度计测定。结果:2010年吉林省内监测的部分海鱼的甲基汞含量均低于国家标准。结论:抽检海鱼中甲基汞浓度与鱼的种类有关,但均小于污染物限量值,可以放心食用。

Objective： To understand the contamination of methyl-mercury in sea Fish samples of Jilin Province and provide the basic data for food safety.Methods： 30 samples from six regions were collected randomly from markets. Samples were extracted with the 25% potassium hydroxide methyl alcohol solution and then separated on a C-18 column and detected by AFS.Results： The content of methyl-mercury in the fish from the places where samples were extracted is below the national standard.Conclusion： The concentration of methyl-mercury in fish that sold in Jilin has much relation with the species,but they were all under the pollutant limit values.The fishes in those places are safe to eat.
