摘要
本文研究了应用石英缝管技术火焰原子吸收测定化探样品中痕量Au的方法。考查了不同规格带缝石英管以及各种不同条件对测定灵敏度的影响。实验表明,当应用5cm缝长燃烧器、石英缝管缝长为6cm左右、石英管狭缝与燃烧器狭缝的距离为3mm时,得出的灵敏度最高。应用石英缝管技术测定Au可提高灵敏度2.5倍左右。
A method for determination of gold by flame-AAS with slotted quartz tube has been developed. The effect of various conditions on the sensitivity of gold were investigated. The best sensitivity was obtained with a burner slot of 5cm long and a quartz slot of about 6cm long, with a separation of 0.3cm between them. The method is 2.5 times more sensitive than the conventional flame-AAS.
