经方中细辛减毒增效配伍方法初探

Primary discussion of compatibility of toxicity-reducing and efficacy-enhancing of Xixin

就有毒中药细辛的毒性特点及其在经方中的减毒增效配伍方法进行了探讨。临床上细辛的配伍应用具有减毒与增效两方面的作用,分析了其配伍应用的合理性与规律性,以及减毒增效的机制,总结出了以收制散、以寒制温、扶正制毒的配伍减毒方式,以及相济相助、相反相成的配伍增效方式。

It is discussed that toxicity characteristics of toxic Xixin and the toxicity-reducing and effica- cy-enhancing in compatibility of classical prescriptions,and analyzed the justifiability,regularity and principium and machanism of toxicity-reducing and efficacy-enhancing. We concluded the compatibility mode of tox- icity-reducing using shrinking to constraint scattered,using cold to constraint heat,strengthening vital Qi to constraint toxicity,et al,and the way of efficacy-enhancing in compatibility using dynamic to support dynamic,using opposite to support complementary.
