文冠果花粉活力与萌发研究

Study on Pollen Vitality and Germination of Xanthoceras sorbifolia

[目的]确定文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge)花粉生活力及其萌发的最佳培养基。[方法]采用染色法对文冠果4种类型花粉生活力进行了测定,并采用培养基法对文冠果花粉进行了萌发试验。[结果]文冠果4种类型花粉生活力由高到低依次为LY型、LR型、SR型和SY型,且各类型之间存在极显著差异;最适宜文冠果花粉萌发的培养基配方为0.1 g/L琼脂+2.0 g/L蔗糖(C12H22O11)+0.15mg/L硼酸(H3BO3)。[结论]为文冠果的生产提供了参考。

[Objective] The aim was to make sure the pollen vitality and optimal germination medium of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.[Method] Four types of pollen vitality of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were determined by dying method,and a pollen germination experiment of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge was carried out by different kinds of culture mediums.[Result] There was very significance among the 4 types of pollen vitality of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,and they was in order of LY 〉LR 〉SR 〉SY.The optimal culture medium for culturing pollen of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge was 0.1 g/L agar ＋ 2.0 g/L C12H22O11＋0.15 mg/L H3BO3.[Conclusion] The research provides reference for the production of Xanthoceras sorbifolia.
