摘要
[目的]选育综合性状优良的春秋兼用蚕品种。[方法]用中系品种781与9个日系品种,日系品种7532与9个中系品种分别进行正反交,找出选育综合性状优良的春秋兼用蚕品种。[结果]各蚕品种间结茧率、健蛹率、万蚕产茧量、万蚕茧层量、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率均有极显著差异。[结论]该研究为蚕杂交组合的配合力分析及目标组合选配奠定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to breed silkworm varieties for both spring and autumn with excellent comprehensive characters.[Method] The reciprocal cross was made between Chinese variety 781 and 9 Japanese lines,Japanese variety 7532 and 9 Chinese lines.The silkworm varieties for both spring and autumn with excellent comprehensive characters were sought out.[Result] The cocoon formation rate,survival rate of pupae,cocoon yield per ten thousand silkworms,cocoon shell weight perten thousand silkworms,whole cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate among different silkworm varieties had extremely significant difference.[Conclusion] The research aimed to lay the foundation for the combining ability analysis of silkworm cross combinations and the breeding of objective combinations.
