冀西北地区奶牛附红细胞体病的流行病学研究

Study on the Epidemiology of Eperythrozoon wenyoni in Dairy Cow in Northwest Region of Hebei Province

[目的]为奶牛附红细胞体病的防治提供科学依据。[方法]采用悬滴镜检法对冀西北地区规模化奶牛养殖场和散养奶牛户奶牛附红细胞体病的流行情况进行调查,研究了奶牛温氏附红细胞体病的感染率、发病率、传播途径和死亡率,并提出综合防治措施。[结果]无论夏季还是冬季,该地区奶牛附红细胞体的感染率均较高,且夏季高于冬季,但发病率均不高。红细胞感染率夏季高于冬季。母子之间存在垂直传播,并且呈现出母代感染率高则子代感染率也相应升高的趋势。红细胞感染率在90%以上奶牛组与阴性奶牛组相比,总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(G)显著降低(P<0.05),白蛋白(A)有所降低,谷-丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷-草转氨酶(AST)有所升高,但差异不显著。[结论]该研究为保障冀西北地区奶牛业的健康发展提供了科学依据。

[Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of eperythrozoonosis in dairy cows.[Method]The prevalence situations of eperythrozoonosis in dairy cows in the large-scale dairy farm and scatter-fed dairy household in northwest region of Hebei Province were investigated by using hanging drop microscopy.The infection rate,incidence rate,transmission routes and death rate of E.wenyoni in dairy cow were studied and comprehensive control measures were put forward.[Result]The infection rate of E.wenyoni in dairy cow in this area was high in summer or winter and the incidence rate was low.The infection rate of E.wenyoni in summer was higher than that in winter.There was vertical transmission between mother and child.The infection rate of offsprings showed the increasing trend with the increase of the infection rate of parents.Compared with negative dairy cow group,total protein（TP） and globulin（G） in the dairy cow group with the infection rate of E.wenyoni of over 90% decreased significantly（P〈 0.05）,albumin（A） decreased,alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase（AST） increased,with no significant difference.[Conclusion]The research provided scientific basis for the healthy development of dairy cow industry in northwest region of Hebei Province.
