农村居民点土地集约利用评价——以四川省示范点为例

Evaluation on the Intensive Utilization of Rural Residential Areas

以四川省8个示范点的农村居民点为例,根据评价指标选取原则,系统地建立了一套适合该地区的评价指标。采用层次分析法和加权综合评分法分别确定了评价指标的权重和各个示范居民点土地集约利用情况的综合评分,分析了不同地形上农村居民点的土地集约利用情况以及四川省农村居民点土地的大致利用情况,并针对该地区实际情况提出了农村居民点土地集约利用的对策和措施。

With the case study of eight demonstration sites in Sichuan Province,a set of evaluation index was systematically constructed for this area.Then the AHP and weighted composite score method were adopted to determine the weight of the evaluation index and the composite score of the intensive utilization of rural residential areas in each demonstration site,the intensive utilization status of rural residential area in different terrain and in whole Sichuan Province was analyzed;at last some suggestions and measures were proposed according to the practical conditions of this area.
