摘要
[目的]利用超声辅助有机溶剂法研究山毛豆种子油提取工艺,以提高山毛豆种子油得率。[方法]通过单因素试验和响应面分析法优化了超声辅助法提取山毛豆种子油的工艺方法,探讨了不同提取剂、液料比、超声处理温度、超声处理时间对提油率的影响。[结果]超声辅助提取山毛豆种子油的最佳条件为:以石油醚作为提取剂,液料比13 ml/g,超声处理温度60℃,超声处理时间15.5 min,该条件下提油率为8.64%。[结论]超声辅助提取法与常规法相比,具有提取时间短、得率高等优点,是一种具有应用前景的方法。
[Objective] The objective was to study the technology of extracting Tephrosia seed oil by the ultrasound-assisted organic solvent method,so as to increase the yield of Tephrosia seed oil.[Method] The technology of extracting Tephrosia seed oil by the ultrasound-assisted method was optimized through the single-factor experiment and the response surface analysis and the effects of different solvents,liquid to solid ratio,treatment temprature,and treatment time on the oil extraction rate were discussed.[Result] The optimum extraction parameters of extracting Tephrosia seed oil by the ultrasound-assisted methods were as follows: the petroleum ether as the best extracting solvent,liquid to solid ratio of 13 ml/g,treatment temperature of 60 ℃ and treatment time of 15.5 min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate for the crude seed oil of Tephrosia reached 8.64%.[Conclusion] Compared with the conventional method,the ultrasound-assisted extraction method had the advantages of short extraction time and high yield,etc.and is one kind method that has an application prospect.
