庄河产薏苡仁中多糖含量的测定 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]对庄河产薏苡仁多糖含量进行测定,为薏苡仁的进一步开发利用提供理论根据。[方法]以庄河产薏苡仁为试验材料,用微波辅助酶法提取薏苡仁多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖中总糖含量,对庄河产薏苡仁中多糖的含量进行测定。[结果]从25g庄河产薏苡仁中得到薏苡仁粗多糖6.76 g,计算得其得率为27.04%。由葡萄糖标准曲线计算得到薏苡仁粗多糖中总糖百分含量为42.5%。[结论]庄河产薏苡仁品质较好,多糖含量较高。研究结果为充分开发利用庄河产薏苡仁提供了理论依据。 [Objective] The study aimed to determine the polysaccharide content in coix seed from Zhuanghe so as to provide the theoretical basis for further development and utilization of the coix seed.[Method] With the coix seed produced in Zhuanghe as the tested materials,the polysaccharide in coix seed was extracted by the microwave-assisted enzyme method,the content of total sugar in the polysaccharide was determined by phenol–sulfuric acid method and the polysaccharide content in coix seed produced in Zhuanghe was detected.[Result] The crude polysaccharide of 25 g coix seed produced in Zhuanghe was 6.76 g,with the yield of 27.04%.The total sugar content in the polysaccharide of coix seed was 42.5% based on the calculation with the standard curve of the glucose.[Conclusion] The coix seed produced in Zhuanghe showed the better quality and higher polysaccharide content.The study provide the theoretical basis for the full development and utilization of coix seed produced in Zhuanghe.
