不同袋型果袋套袋对“翠冠”梨果实品质的影响 被引量:8

Effects on Qualities of "Cuiguan" Pear(Pyrus pyrifolia 'Cuiguan') Bagging by Different Fruit Bags

摘要 [目的]研究3种袋型果袋套袋对"翠冠"梨(Pyrus pyrifolia‘Cuiguan’)果实品质的影响。[方法]3种袋型分别为"外黄内白"、"外花内黑"和"外黄内黑"3种袋型。[结果]与对照(不套袋)相比,"外黄内白"袋处理果实基本能保持原有果面绿色和风味,而"外花内黑"袋和"外黄内黑"袋处理果实果面呈现黄白色,果实风味变淡;"外黄内白"、"外花内黑"和"外黄内黑"3种果袋处理都极显著减少果面锈斑的产生,其锈斑指数分别为25.5、55.5、82.8,其中"外黄内白"袋效果最为明显;"外黄内白"袋处理果实硬度极显著下降,而"外花内黑"和"外黄内黑"袋处理果实硬度则极显著升高,其中,"外黄内白"、"外花内黑"和"外黄内黑"3种果袋处理果实硬度分别为6.30、7.34、7.05 kg/cm2,对照为6.65 kg/cm2。"外黄内白"、"外花内黑"和"外黄内黑"3种果袋处理果实可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量都极显著下降,可溶性固形物分别为10.85%、12.93%、12.43%和13.90%,可溶性糖含量分别为4.43%、4.30%、5.19%和6.33%。"外黄内白"、"外花内黑"和"外黄内黑"3种果袋处理和对照间可滴定酸含量无明显差异,其可滴定酸含量分别为0.57%、0.48%、0.41%和0.56%。与对照相比,"外黄内白"、"外花内黑"和"外黄内黑"3种果袋处理果实VC含量显著下降,分别为54.61、55.10、55.10 mg/kg。[结论]综合来看,"外黄内白袋"是生产绿色无锈"翠冠"梨的理想果袋。 [Objective] The aim was to study three types of fruit bags bagging on qualities of "Cuiguan" pear.[Method] Three types of fruit bags were "Yellow outer and white inner","Yellow outer and black inner" and "Yellow outer and black inner".[Result] Comparing with control,fruits bagging with "Yellow outer and white inner" bags could keep intrinsic green color peels and flavor,nevertheless,bagging with the other two types of bags had yellow and white color peels,the flavor became lighter;The rust spots were reduced obviously,the rust spots of index of three treatments were 25.5,55.5,82.8,respectively,the bags of "Yellow outer and white inner" had the best effect.The fruit firmness of "Cuiguan" pear bagging with "Yellow outer and white inner" declined distinctly,while that of bagging with "Yellow outer and black inner" and "Yellow outer and black inner" enhanced,and the fruit firmness were 6.30,7.34 and 7.05 kg/cm2,respectively,and that of control was 6.65 kg/cm2.The soluble solids content of bagging with three types of fruit bags,"Yellow outer and white inner","Yellow outer and black inner" and "Yellow outer and black inner",and control were 10.85%,12.93%,12.43%,13.90%,respectively,the soluble sugars content were 4.43%,4.30%,5.19%,6.33%,respectively,the soluble solids content and the soluble sugars content declined obviously comparing with control.The titratable acidity content of bagging with three types of fruit bags,"Yellow outer and white inner","Yellow outer and black inner" and "Yellow outer and black inner" and control were 0.57%,0.48%,0.41% and 0.56%,respectively,there were no difference between three treatments and control.The VC content of bagging with three types of fruit bags,"Yellow outer and white inner","Yellow outer and black inner" and "Yellow outer and black inner" were 54.61,55.10,55.10 mg/kg,respectively,declined obviously comparing with control of 65.88 mg/kg.[Conclusion] Comprehensively considering,the fruit bag of "Yellow outer and white inner" is suitable for producing green fruits of "Cuiguan" pear.
