自制弹性虹膜拉钩在青光眼白内障联合手术中的应用效果

目的评价自制弹性虹膜拉钩在瞳孔不易散大情况下青光眼白内障联合手术中的应用效果。方法用自制弹性虹膜拉钩对33例（35眼）各种原因导致瞳孔粘连散大困难的青光眼合并白内障行手术治疗。改进后术中仅使用3根虹膜拉钩。结果33例（35眼）术中均获得良好的手术视野，成功进行了环形撕囊及超声乳化术。并借助定位钩缩小瞳孔后行小梁切除术和周边虹膜切除术。无严重手术并发症发生。结论自制弹性虹膜拉钩提高了小瞳孔下青光眼白内障联合手术的安全性。

Objective To evaluate the effect of self-made flexible iris hooks for small pupil in the combined surgery of glaucoma and cataract. Methods The self-made flexible iris hooks was used in 33 ca- ses（ 35 eyes）with small pupil in the combined surgery of glaucoma with cataract. Only 3 iris hook were used in an operation. Results Circular capsulorhexis and phacoemulsification were done under good surgical field, and trabeculectomy was done by using hook for contracting pupil. The surgery was successful without serious complication in 33 cases（35 eyes）. Conclusion Using of self-made flexible iris hooks improves safety of the combined surgery for glaucoma and cataract with small pupil.
