儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘136例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 136 cases children with cough variant asthma

目的探讨儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的相关因素、诊断和治疗方法。方法选取哮喘专科门诊的136例CVA患儿,进行相关因素调查问卷资料统计,临床诊断和治疗结果等资料分析。结果 136例CVA患儿春秋两季多发,反复呼吸道感染、活动、冷空气刺激、过敏体质、家族过敏史及环境因素是相关因素,支气管激发试验阳性和支气管舒张剂诊断性治疗有效。抗哮喘治疗,随访观察3个月后,咳嗽症状消失或明显改善123例,有效率90.6%。结论对儿童长期咳嗽,并有相关诱因,抗感染治疗无效,抗哮喘治疗有效,并排除其他疾病的考虑CVA的诊断,以吸入糖皮质激素治疗为主。

Objective： To explore the related factors,diagnosis and therapy of cough variant asthma（CVA） of children.Methods： 136 cases of children CVA from the out-patient of asthma were select,statistics about related factors questionnaire were made,and the material of clinical diagnosis and treatment results,et al were analysed.Results： The attacks of CVA in 136 cases children patients were wmostly during the spring and autumn.The related factors were repeatedly respiratory infection,activities,cold air stimulation,allergic physique,family history of allergies and environmental factors.Positive bronchial proocation tests and the diagnostic treatment with bronchial diastolic agent were effective.After anti-asthma treatment and 3 months followed-up,it was found that cough symptoms disappeared or significantly improved in 123 cases.The effective rate was 90.6 percent.Conclusion： We should treat the children patients with glucocorticoids,who suffer long-term cough with related inducement,and anti-infection treatment is invalid but anti-asthma treatment is effective in the diagnosis of CVA without considering the other diseases.
