护理干预对偏头痛患者生活质量的影响

The influence of nursing intervention on life qualities of migraineurs

目的观察护理干预对偏头痛患者生活质量的影响。方法对符合入选标准的57例偏头痛患者进行进行正规治疗并随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组药物治疗同时给予护理干预,对照组仅药物治疗,随访两组生活质量(SF-36及QL-INDEX)。结果护理干预后SF-36评价的五个维度:健康状况、体力角色、躯体疼痛、情绪角色和心理健康均优于对照组。QL-INDEX生活质量总指数实验组(9.13±1.89)明显高于对照组(7.54±2.11)。结论护理干预可以改善偏头痛患者健康相关及总体生活质量。

Objective： To research the influence of nursing intervention on life qualities of migraineurs.Methods： Fifty-seven cases of migraineurs were randomized into experimental group（EG） and control group（CG）,all migraineurs received the same medication but the EG also received nursing intervention.Life qualities of the two groups were measured by SF-36 and QL-INDEX.Results： Evaluations of general health,role physical,bodily pain,role emotional ane mental health in SF-36 and total life qualities were more improved in EG than those of CG.Conclusion： Nursing intervention improves life qualities of migraineurs.
