2010年泰安市泰山区性病门诊就诊者艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

Analysis on HIV/AIDS sentinel surveillance in STD clinic Attendees in Taishan district of Taian City in 2010

目的了解泰山区性病门诊就诊者艾滋病相关知识、行为、HIV及梅毒感染状况,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法对2010年4月～7月期间到监测哨点医院性病门诊就诊的394名男性就诊者进行艾滋病相关问卷调查和HIV、梅毒检测。结果男性性病门诊就诊者艾滋病知识总知晓率为82.04%,有高危行为史者占25.89%,HIV抗体阳性检出率为0.26%,梅毒抗体阳性检出率为13.02%。结论泰山区男性性病门诊就诊者艾滋病知识知晓水平有待于进一步提高,性病感染率高,以性病门诊为依托的艾滋病宣传教育和行为干预亟待加强。

Objective：To understand the HIV/AIDS related knowledge,behaviors and the infection status of STD and AIDS among male visitors to STD clinic,and to provide scientific basis for making measures of prevention and control.Methods：From April to July 2010,394 cases were investigated in the clinic about HIV/AIDS related knowledge and behaviors.Blood samples were taken for HIV and syphilis test.Results：The overall awareness rate of the AIDS related knowledge was 82.04%,25.89% cases had high risk behaviors,the syphilis prevalence was 13.02%,and 1 case was detected as HIV antibody positive with the positive rate of 0.26%.Conclusion：Male STD of Taishan District has higher prevalence of syphilis and HIV,the awareness of HIV/AIDS related knowledge needs to be raised,and health education and behavioral intervention should be implemented urgently based on STD Clinic.
