摘要
截至2009年科学技术部共批准了140个科技进步示范县(市、区),他们在以科技为先导、培育和提升县域创新能力方面具备了一定的建设经验。本文在总结部分科技进步示范县(市)提升县域创新能力经验的基础上,为进一步推广和发挥科技进步示范县(市)的示范带动作用提出了政策建议。
After the National S＆T Progress Demonstration County （City） was carried out in 2003, 140 counties （cities） have been approved as Demonstration County, which provides good experience in upgrade the innovative capacity with the guidance of S＆T. Based on the summary of the innovation model and experience from typical Demonstration County, suggestions are given to play an exemplary role of these counties.
