摘要
高校学术人力资源是高校人力资源的主体和核心。高校学术人力资源管理是高校管理的重要内容,事关我国高等教育质量提升和高校持续健康发展。论述了高校学术人力资源的概念、内涵和基本属性,在阐释和借鉴知识型员工理论的基础上,分析了我国高校学术人力资源管理面临的困境和出现的问题,提出了相应的改革建议。
Academic human resources are the main and key human resources of colleges and universities.Academic human resources management is an important part of university management and related to the quality of higher education and the sustained and healthy development of colleges and universities.The paper discusses the concept,connotations and attributes of academic human resources,and explores the relations of academic human resources and knowledge workers.On this basis,it researches on the plight and problem of academic human resources management in China's Colleges and Universities,and tries to find a solution.
