摘要
主流经济学将团队组织的效率优势归结于其成员之间的分工合作,而团队成员行为中的"自利"特征又将促使他们之间合作困境的产生。典型案例分析表明,"计件工资制"式的高能激励将强化团队组织成员行为中的"自利"特征,并最终导致团队组织效率的损失和组织的解体。而以"公平裁决"与"差异化激励"相结合的机制将有助于团队管理困境的化解。
Mainstream believe that the efficiency-advantages of organization originate from the division and cooperation of its members.however,The self-interest characteristics will prompt The plight of cooperation.Typical case showed that piecework-type incentives would strengthen the self feature of their members.and eventually lead to the loss of efficiency and the disintegration of organizations.yet.A combination of "Fair decision" and "Differentiated motivation" mechanisms will help relieve the plight of communication between members.
