连续外周神经阻滞镇痛在非住院患者的应用 被引量：2

摘要 连续外周神经阻滞（CPNB）技术问世半个多世纪以来,被广泛应用于上下肢术后镇痛及其他急、慢性疼痛的治疗。便携式给药泵的出现,使CPNB用于非住院患者成为可能[1,2]。CPNB在外周神经周置管,通过导管连续给药镇痛。一般将置入神经鞘的导管连接于患者自控镇痛（PCA）泵给药，也可连接／持续经注射泵给药镇痛。
