随着我国社会主义市场经济的发展，特别是加入WTO后，建设工程造价行业与国际惯例接轨势在必行。我国建筑企业要在市场中赢得项目，必须了解工程造价计价法及它们之间的区分，同时也是融入市场的前提。本文浅谈一下对我国工程造价计价法的理解。

Along with the development of China＇s socialist market economy, especially after joining WTO, the construction engineering cost industry is imperative with the international pratice. To winning projects in the market, China＇s construction enterprise must understand the valuation method of China＇s Engineering Cost and the distinction between them, and it＇s also a prerequisite for integrating into the market.
